These terms constitute the App's EULA within the meaning of Directive 2019/770. They supersede Apple's standard EULA only on points not covered by the latter; otherwise, the Apple standard EULA applies.
These Terms of Use govern the use of Smart Keyboard, an iOS keyboard offering AI-powered text generation and transformation features.

Installing and using the App constitutes full and unreserved acceptance of these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy.
The AI is a suggestion tool: generated text does not constitute professional advice (legal, medical, tax, etc.), and the user remains solely responsible for how it is used.
You agree not to use the App to generate unlawful, defamatory, hateful, or harassing content or content that harms human dignity, to circumvent technical or anti-fraud protections, to decompile the code, or to misuse the third-party AI models. Any breach may result in immediate suspension without refund.

Purchases are made through Apple's In-App Purchase system (StoreKit). Apple is the merchant; payment is charged to your App Store account.
Monthly and annual subscriptions renew automatically unless turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period (Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions).
In accordance with Article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content whose delivery has begun with your express consent. By initiating the purchase, you agree to the immediate provision of the service and waive this right.
Refunds are handled exclusively by Apple via reportaproblem.apple.com.
The processing of your data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms of Use.
The App, its code, its design, and its brand remain the exclusive property of the publisher. Text generated by the AI from your input belongs to you; you are responsible for its use.
To the extent permitted by French law, the publisher cannot be held liable for the consequences of any use of the AI suggestions, for service interruptions related to OpenAI, Microsoft Azure, or Apple, or for indirect data losses. The consumer fully benefits from the statutory guarantees of conformity (Article L.217-3 of the French Consumer Code) and against latent defects (Articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code).
These Terms of Use are subject to French law. Any dispute shall fall under the jurisdiction of the French courts, subject to the mandatory provisions protecting consumers. European Commission ODR platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
